New journal

I am at the end of my current journal so I made a new one! My girlfriend, Marissa, wanted to learn how to make one so I taught her. She had the brilliant idea of stamping the book tape. I LOVE it!!!! I'm thinking of buying the book Cover to Cover, which is about bookbinding. I've read the reviews, and they are all great. Anyone have this book? What are your thoughts about it?

    Hi...I don't know about that book per se....I'd go to Amazon and read the reviews of the book before buying it. I do know that Mary Ann Moss' class "Full Tilt Boogie" is an excellent class on bookbinding. I love your journal pages. I found you because of Julie mentioning your blog :)

    I have the book and like it a lot. I have a few others as well, but mostly use that one. But before you buy any of them, check out as many as you can from your library and see which ones or which author covers the types of things you want to learn. Some of them are more technical, some have projects I liked (or didn't), etc. Once I got started making books, I had a tough time stopping - it's fun.
